The Talent Atelier ("we", "us") is a recruitment agency based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We are the responsible party for personal information processed through this website.

2. Information we collect

Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number and province.
Career information: CV, work history, qualifications, skills, salary expectations and notice period.
Application records: the roles you apply for and the status of each application.
Technical information: session cookies required to keep you signed in.

3. How we use your information

To assess your suitability for vacancies and present your profile to prospective employers, but only with your consent for each role.
If you opted into our talent pool, to contact you about suitable opportunities.
To communicate with you about your applications and account.

4. Sharing

We share your CV with a client only for a vacancy you have applied for or agreed to be put forward for. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Security & retention

CVs are stored outside the public web folder and are only accessible to you and our consultants. We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as required by law.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your personal information at any time from your account, or by contacting our Information Officer at careers@thetalentatelier.co.za. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).

7. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
