The rules for using The Talent Atelier website and candidate services.
1. Our service
The Talent Atelier publishes vacancies on behalf of its clients and introduces suitable candidates to them. Our services are free for job seekers.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate, truthful information and keep your password confidential.
- You must only upload documents that belong to you and that you have the right to share.
- We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or abusively.
3. Vacancies
We take care to ensure vacancies are accurate and current, but details may change and roles may be filled or withdrawn by our clients at any time. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or offer.
4. Fraud warning
The Talent Atelier will never ask candidates for payment of any kind. If someone requests money in our name, please report it to us immediately.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or from decisions made by employers.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
